1. Hire a professional to help you heal from your injury or reduce your pain
  2. Use a daily exercise practice to build supportive muscle
  3. Target increasing the range of motion of the joint above and below the site of injury or pain

Don’t Do:

  1. Think it’s ok to live with pain (Because it is not)
  2. Think the pain or injury will magically heal itself (Because it won’t)
  3. Think taking pills to mask the pain will work long term (Because that’s not a good idea)
